Cheryl Hoskin, Leiterin der Sondergutsammlung der Universit\u00e4tsbibliothek, initiierte 2020 die Registrierung der Kaurna-Kinderbriefe im Rahmen des UNESCO Australian Memory of the World-Register. Am 26. Februar 2021 wurden die Kaurna-Kinderbriefe zusammen mit neun anderen Objekten in das australische Weltkulturerbe-Register eingetragen. Sie gelten als eines der wenigen erhalten Zeugnisse f\u00fcr die Kaurna-Kultur aus dem 19.
