Der Anhang, auf dem Titelblatt als "A short history of Pietism" bezeichnet, hat ein separates Titelblatt "A Short Account of Some Persons who have been Instrumental in promoting the most Substantial Points of Religion in some Parts of Germany" und wurde von Anton Wilhelm Böhme verfasst. Es gibt zwei Ausgaben dieser Schrift, die sich im Erscheinungsvermerk unterscheiden. Im Stuttgarter Ex. und in einem Ex. aus Halle ist angebunden:"Pietas Hallensis Pt II. For the Year 1707 and 1708. London 1710".
